Its lovely and velvety. I can even smell it's sweetness from here. I did a lap of our local botanical gardens the other day and was disappointed to sniff only a few roses that had a decent rosey smell. Most had impressive names and strinking beauty, but a rose aint a rose unless it smells like a rose.
and that which we call an apprentice by another name would smell as sweet?
Depends. If the other name is "stinky", well, you tell me!
(but the rose smells really nice!)
