Wildflower

A new sort of flower made its appearance in my garden.

We used to own this old funky sailing boat called a "WildFlower" (hence the big "W" on the sail). We'd take it out for little rides with friends and family, and most of the time we'd end up capsizing it and swimming all around it.

It's been practically abandoned for years now, and I decided to use its main sail to make a tent for shade in the garden.

A few drills and knots later... voila'!

P liked it!

Hi Steph (Lu and the Lochster here - we couldnt be bothered signing in properly) sail looks great in the yard. Its a lovely reminder of days on the boat. Your kid is so cute.

Hi L&L (&L&L&L...), thanks! I particularly like it when there is a breeze, and it makes exactly the same sounds it used to make when sailing. For a split second it can almost feel like you are at sea...
