Looks like the turtle is backing up, or parking in front of the truck. And no alarms... sheesh! They should have her tags removed.
It's not always a violation to go back, or to park where you are -- but it is wise to secure the proper permits, sound alarms, take precautions. As for the pictures, sometimes, something like a turtle comes along and reverses the order of things, forces you to rewrite the narrative, tweak the timeline a little. But you can bet there will be some clever guy, right on your bumper, in hot pursuit, who always notices.
Yeah, clever guys in hot pursuit are a real pain in the bumper, arent they?!
Hellona and goodbyena... the turtle is gone.
