P.S.

By the way I just realised that this blog is one year old today.

For a moment I was tempted to write something about blogs and blogging and blogers and stuff, but I will refrain. I will however say that:

- Blogs are not people.
- This blog was nothing before Sissy.

You are right... blogs are not people... but it is people who fuel them and propel them forward.

Happy birthday to your blog. May this year be just as interesting and insightful.

One year probably isn't much in the grand scheme of things, but lots of people start blogs and then give them up at the first disappointment. We've had our share of disappointments, and there have been times that this blog almost went nighty-night, but for one reason or another it meant enough to one or both of us to keep it up. I'm not the one that made the difference. It's all the people who have left comments, started new trains of thought, showed interest in recurring ones, etc. Cumulatively, there are a lot of people. But I think the blog would go on, even if there weren't.

For me, it's not about blogging for somebody, but with somebody.

And that, in a nutshell, is what brought me here in the first place.

Happy birthday, blog mas.
