zerocomentitis

A blog condition that arises when after almost a month of posting the author still has not received any comments. It gets him thinking that maybe he is the only one reading the stuff he writes, and considering the possibility of giving up this entire blog business.

It usually exhibits itself through a semi-desperate post/call for attention (such as this).

Known cures include comments posted to at least one of the posts (comments posted by the author to his own posts do not count).

Stop whining and put a stat-something in your blog!
You will then know that people are reading what you write – I do howevere (read them, that is)

the stat thing is a good idea to help fight off clouds of insecurity etc...
once u install this comments won't be ΤΗΑΤ necessary cause atleast you'll know u r being read...besides sometimes you'll write stuff that you'll think people will def comment on and they never do ...and then comments will appear for the most unexpected of posts..
having said all this συχνά you give what you get...so maybe if you start commenting yrself, people will wonder who you are and make their way to your blog..and comment..or whatever...
