Not much to tell, really. A great shepherd, abandoned in the streets, hit by a car, rescued by my parents, amputated by the vet, soon to be a movie star.
[PS. If you have a dog with arthritis, i can recommend some medication that worked very well in our case.]
The leg was amputated, not the dog. Still, he's got that star quality that runs throughout your family. It's great that the right person in the right place recognized it.
And soon, we all will. (Thessaloniki film festival, right?)
No idea what the name is, they were shooting last week. It's a dogumentary...
Sissy,
Don't know about that star quality. I know I have none, yet Aris does look like Napoleon overlooking a battle, on that rock, and I seem to remember someone saying something about my mom (with my brother, there, who is actually the one most likely to be a real star soon). And, hey, who can deny that P is a charmer, right? :-)
Still, don't forget what I told you about family earlier; what it encompasses, to me. I mean it.
Lochie would like to invite Aris rabbiting sometime if he should ever find himself in Australia (which he might if he becomes Really Big in films). When we were kids we had a basset hound which survived a car accident and subsequent rear leg amputation. He could get around quite well really. Lochie also spends most of his walks in the morning on three legs......
Aris asked me to thank Lochie for the invite (he's a bit of a technophobic). Only thing is he kind of likes rabbits. But he'd gladly spend some time with Lochie watching them jump around!
